How to interpret close ✕

Biorhythms are three cycles said to start at birth and repeat on fixed periods:

• Physical (23 days) — energy, strength, coordination.
• Emotional (28 days) — mood, sensitivity, relationships.
• Intellectual (33 days) — focus, memory, reasoning.

Each curve swings between +100% (peak) and -100% (low), so a value near either end means that trait is running strong in its direction. Where a curve crosses the zero line is a critical day, a transition when that trait is least predictable.

The chart always spans 7 days before and after today. The bold vertical line and the dots mark today.

Biorhythm theory isn't scientifically supported. Treat it as a fun pattern to check in on, not a forecast.

Install & offline close ✕

Curvewise works offline once installed to your Home Screen. On iPhone/iPad, in Safari:

1. Tap the Share button (the square with an up-arrow) in the toolbar.
2. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
3. Tap Add in the top-right.
4. Launch Curvewise from its Home Screen icon — it now runs full-screen and offline.

Must be Safari (not Chrome) on iOS. Your people are saved on this device. Open once online so the app can finish caching itself; after that it works with no connection.
